The loft is located at 125 Levis Mirepoixlaan in 1090 Jette on the first floor of an former industrial building. There is an elevator, but there is no parking space nor cellar available.
This loft is divided as follows: entrance hall with cloakroom, spacious living room with open equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob and extractor hood with remote control), storage room with fridge, dryer and washing machine, 2 bedrooms (15m² and 15m²) with built-in wardrobes, bathroom (bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet), storage room with heating system and guest toilet with washbasin.
On top of the rent, you pay an advance on the monthly charges of EUR 150 and this includes maintenance and cleaning of common parts, elevator and syndic. There are individual meters for gas, water and electricity.
Given the strict measures regarding visits, we would like to point out that only candidates who have already prepared their tenant file are qualified. After the visit every completed tenant file is transferred to the owner for approval. A complete tenant file includes the following elements: proof of income (for employee: employment contract + last 3 pay slips of each tenant and also the guarantor - for self-employed: certificate of accountant) and an information sheet filled out and signed (available upon request).
